20 grami Kukurūzas ciete
16 grami Vaniļas cukurs (dr .Quther)
1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.

Whisk the eggs with erythritol for ~3 minutes until volume increases significantly.

Add the skimmed milk curd to the eggs.

Sift the flour with the baking powder and add to the mixture. Whisk everything. When the dough is smooth, add the apples and raspberries and stir until the dough covers each apple slice.

Place the dough in the tin and bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for ~35-45 minutes.
