Cook the strawberries into a porridge, mash and add the chia seeds. Leave to swell for ~30 minutes.

Pour boiling water over the oats and leave to swell (or pour water over the oats and microwave for 2 minutes).

Spread the yoghurt-protein mixture over the oats and top with strawberries with chia seeds. For the decoration, 5 g oat flakes toasted with honey.
