  1. Whisk the persimmons with a blender and add 20g of chia seeds.

  2. Add sweetener of choice and 10 g chia seeds to the yoghurt.

  3. Place 1/2 of the persimmon-chia seed mixture in a bowl, top with the yoghurt mixed with the persimmon seeds and top with the remaining persimmon-chia seed mixture.

  4. Let the dessert stand for a while to allow the chia seeds to swell (preferably overnight).
