Paprika Twins saldā 15g

100 grami Bezcukura šokolāde "RED" ar apelsīniem un mandelēm

50 grami Pūstā prosa (vai pilngraudu rīsi)

50 grami Žāvētas dzērvenes

50 grami Žāvētas aprikozes (vai jebkuri citi žāvēti augļi/ogas)

2 ēd.k. Svaigu apelsīnu sula

preperation

  1. Finely chop the apricots and cranberries. Mix with the millet and orange juice.

  2. Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath, or in the microwave ( in pulses of 20 seconds and stirring).

  3. Mix the chocolate with the millet and dried fruit.

  4. Form round galettes on the baking paper using a metal ring (8-10 cm diameter): place ~2 spoonfuls of the mixture in the ring and compact thoroughly. Remove the ring and form the next galette.

  5. Place in the fridge to let the chocolate harden.
