Grind the muesli finer, then add the cut dates and syrup. Blend everything into a sticky paste.

Place the mixture in the tin and compact it (I used a metal ring lined inside with an acetate sheet).

Pour cold water over the gelatine and leave to swell.

Beat the skimmed milk curd with the yoghurt and kefir. Add vanillin and sweetener of choice. Cut strawberries into chunks and add to the mixture.

Dissolve the gelatine in a hot water bath (or microwave for 10 seconds). But be careful - do not boil!

Add the dissolved gelatine to the curd-berry mixture and pour into the tin (the products must be at room temperature!).

Put the mold in the refrigerator to harden.
