20 grami Auzu pārslu griljāža (100 g auzu pārslas apceptas ar 50 g medu. Atdzesē un tur slēgtā traukā un izmanto kā piedevu putrām, desertiem. To nevajag daudz: 20, 30 g un dod to savu foršo kraukšķi).

10 grami Šķidrs medus

preperation

  1. Place 100 g of cottage cheese in a bowl.

  2. Sprinkle with 20 g of granola.

  3. Place 50 g raspberries on the granola and drizzle with 5 g honey.

  4. Top the raspberries with 200 g yoghurt (pudding).

  5. Top the yoghurt with the remaining raspberries and drizzle with honey.
