200 grami Vājpiena biezpiens "Amfora" Varske (vai dabīgais jogurts)

15 grami Sinepes

preperation

  1. Boil and peel the carrot and eggs.

  2. Cut the cooked beetroot, carrot, herring, onion, and pickled cucumber into small cubes and place in a bowl. Add the grated apple.

  3. Remove the yolks from the eggs and mash them. Add the skimmed milk curd (or natural yoghurt), mustard, salt, and seasonings of your choice, and whisk everything into the mayonnaise.

  4. Chop the egg white and add to the beetroot.

  5. Mix the salad with the 'mayonnaise' and enjoy a delicious meal!
