Lentil Soup with Mushrooms and Coconut Milk

Zaļās olīvas Rimi ar kauliņiem 345g/200g

2 litri Ūdens

2 Dārzeņu vai sēņu buljonu kubiciņi (var neizmantot)

415 grams Selerijas sakne

160 grams Lēcas sarkanās (vai kuskuss, vai rīsi)

160 grams Paprika

100 grams Sīpols

14 grams Ķiploks

80 grams Zaļumi (dilles, pētersīļi, zaļie lociņi)

1 Čilli pipars

400 mililitri Kokosriekstu piens 18%,

preperation

  1. Prepare the broth.

  2. Chop the onion and garlic and fry in a teaspoon of oil.

  3. Add vegetables (except greens), mushrooms, onions, chili peppers (if you don't like spicy food, remove the seeds), and fried onions and garlic to the pot and cook until almost done.

  4. 10 minutes before the end, add the lentils (if using rice, add it at the very beginning, before the vegetables).

  5. Stir a little and add coconut milk.

  6. Add the greens at the very end
