  1. First, prepare the dressing - mix all the ingredients and blend with a blender.

  2. Divide the broccoli into rosettes and sauté separately. I placed the broccoli in a bowl, added water and microwaved for 5 minutes.

  3. Grate the zucchini spaghetti (I did this with a special grater, but you can also cut it finely with a knife), and halve tomatoes.
