500 mililitri Vistas buljons (es izmantoju 1 buljona kubiku)

200 mililitri Kokosriekstu piens

250 grami Garneles (svars jau attīrītām)

120 grami Sēnes (man gailenes)

120 grami Tomāts

30 grami Ingvers

25 grami Zaļie lociņi

20 grami Dilles, pētersīļi

10 grami Ķiploks

1 tējkarote Brūnais cukurs

1 tējkarote Karijs

1 Laims (gan miziņa, gan sula)

1 Čilli pipars

Garšviela Tom kha zupai (pēc garšas)

preperation

  1. Fry the chanterelles and onion in a little oil (3 g) in a pan.

  2. Make the chicken broth in a pot.

  3. Sagriež tomātu, čilli piparu un zaļumus. Sagatavo garneles.

  4. Add thinly sliced ginger, lime peel, finely sliced chili pepper and curry powder to the broth in a pot. Cook for ~5 min.

  5. Add the sugar and lime juice and stir.

  6. Add the prawns and cut tomatoes. Allow to bubble gently for 3-4 min.

  7. Add the coconut milk, stir, and bring to the desired temperature. At the very end, add the greens ( scallions, dill, parsley).

  8. Serve with fresh coriander.
