  1. Cut the lettuce and tomatoes.

  2. Heat a frying pan and place the cut lettuce and tomatoes in it.

  4. Sprinkle the eggs with 30g of grated cheese (I sprinkled the remaining 10g on top of the already rolled omelette).

  6. Using a wide spatula, roll the omelette into a roll. Or just fold it in half.

  7. Sprinkle with the remaining 10 g of cheese.
