Thai curry with chicken fillet

Garšviela Santa Maria vistas ēdieniem 30g
400 grami Chicken or turkey fillet
232 grami Zucchini
324 grami Pumpkin (or any other vegetable)
306 grami Bell pepper (paprica)
265 grami Canned Chickpeas (drained liquid)
110 grami Onion
30 grami Spinach
30 grami Ginger root
22 grami Garlic
20 grami Curry paste
200 mililitri Sweet cream 10%
1 Lime
15 grami Oil
Spices of your choice
Salt as needed

Chop the onion, garlic and ginger—place in a pan with heated oil (10 g). Add the chicken fillets, cut into pieces and stir-fry.

Cut the zucchini, pumpkin and bell peppers into small pieces. Add them to the onion, garlic and meat in the pan. Bake/sauté them until ready.

Add the chickpeas, coconut milk, curry paste and spices. Sauté for ~10 minutes. Add the spinach and sauté for another ~10 minutes.

In the end, sprinkle with lime juice.
