Tuna-spinach sandwich with tomato (in air fryer)

preperation

  1. Place the eggs, tuna (drain off the excess liquid) and spinach in a bowl. Add salt and spices as needed and blend with a blender to a smooth paste. Add the baking powder and chia seeds.

  2. Pour the mixture into the tins and place in an air fryer at ~175 °C for ~12 minutes.

  3. Remove, cool, and cut in half. Spread with cream cheese, top with herbs and tomato, press with the other half and enjoy a very tasty meal.
