Chicken fillet and zucchini pancakes with sun-dried tomatoes

2 Eggs
150 grami Egg white
300 grami Chicken fillet
265 grami Zucchini
150 grami Kefir 2%
100 grami Flour (I use corn flour)
35 grami Sun-dried tomatoes
20 grami Dill
15 grami Garlic
6 grami Oil
1 tējkarote Baking powder
Salt, pepper, spices

3 Boiled egg yolks
200 grami Skimmed milk curd "Amfora Varške"
20 grami Spinach
10 grami Mustard
10 grami Honey
Herb salt, pepper

In a food processor, grind/blend the chicken fillets, eggs and zucchini into a smooth paste.

Squeeze the garlic, chop the dill.

Add flour, baking powder, salt and spices to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly

Form pancakes with wet hands and place them on a hot pan. Fry on both sides over very low heat.

Beat all the sauce ingredients with a blender until smooth.
