Curd buns with dried fruit

Delicious and healthy curd cheese buns!

Bruschetta Selection ar papriku,šķiņķi 130g

1 Ola

75 grams Olu baltums

200 grams Vājpiena biezpiens

50 grams Pilngraudu kviešu milti vai pilngraudu auzu pārslas (samaltas) vai jebkuri citi milti

50 grams Rozīnes

50 grams Aprikozes

50 grams Žāvētas plūmes

1 tējkarote Soda

preperation

  1.  Beat the eggs with egg white and curd.

  2. Add raisins and chopped apricots. Mix well.

  3. Add flour and soda (or baking powder), mix.

  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Shape the dough into round buns with your hands and place them on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at ~175-180 °C for ~ 30-35 minutes.
