Number of servings:

ingredients

Zāļu tēja Apsara kumelītes 25x0,8g

1 Liela ola (60 g)

150 grams Kulinārijas biezpiens "Baltais"

80 grams Pilngraudu auzu pārslas

95 grams Bumbieris

80 grams Dateles (es izmantoju Medaljon dateles, kuras ir ļoti mīkstas un nav jāmērcē)

50 grams Žāvētas aprikozes

50 grams Žāvētas dzērvenes

preperation

  1. Blend the egg, curd and dates into a smooth mixture (soak the dates first if necessary).

  2. Chop the dried apricots and cranberries into smaller pieces. Cut the pears into small cubes.

  3. Add the oat flakes and baking powder. Mix everything and set aside for 20-30 minutes to allow the oat flakes to swell.

  4. Form cookies with wet hands (I divided the dough into 5 equal parts) and place them on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at ~175 °C for 30-35 minutes.
