ingredients

Zāļu tēja Apsara kumelītes 25x0,8g

1 Large egg (60 g)

150 grami Culinary curd "Baltais"

80 grami Whole oat flakes

95 grami Pear

80 grami Dates (I use Medallion dates, which are very soft and do not require soaking)

50 grami Dried apricots

50 grami Dried cranberries

preperation

  1. Blend the egg, curd and dates into a smooth mixture (soak the dates first if necessary).

  2. Chop the dried apricots and cranberries into smaller pieces. Cut the pears into small cubes.

  3. Add the oat flakes and baking powder. Mix everything and set aside for 20-30 minutes to allow the oat flakes to swell.

  4. Form cookies with wet hands (I divided the dough into 5 equal parts) and place them on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at ~175 °C for 30-35 minutes.
