Curd-cheese-tomato buns (gluten free)

Delicious breakfast buns, if you want to treat yourself and your family.

Gurķi Dworek ar ķiplokiem 900ml

180 grams Vājpiena biezpiens

1 Ola

10 grams Kokoseļļa vai sviests (var arī nelikt)

35 grams Kukurūzas milti (vai citi)

35 grams Rīsu milti

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

Gurķi Dworek ar ķiplokiem 900ml

100 grams Vājpiena biezpiens

60 grams 10% siers

1 Ola (olas baltumu pievieno pildījumam, dzeltenums paliks pārsmērēšanai) vai arī izmanto tikai olu baltumu (~38 g)

60 grams Tomāts

20 grams Zaļumi

Sāls, garšvielas pēc izvēles

preperation

  1. Mix the dough ingredients and form "boats" with slightly damp hands (you can also use moulds, of course) directly on the baking tray lined with baking paper.

  2. Grate the cheese and mix it with the curd and egg white.

  3. Add the cut tomatoes, herbs, garlic, salt and spices.

  4. Place the filling in the "boats" and bake them in the oven at ~175 °C for ~25 minutes.
