Toast with Curd, Raspberries and Honey

One of my favourite breakfasts, which I have been enjoying for quite some time now.

Rīsi Tilda pilngraudu brūnie 500g

3 Šķēles 100% rudzu tostermaize

100 grams Kulinārijas biezpiens “Baltais” (vai: 70 g vājpiena biezpiens sajaukts ar 30 g piena 2%)

125 grams Svaigas avenes

15 grams Medus

preperation

  1. Toast the bread.

  2. Mix the curd with milk (and sweetener, if desired).

  3. Spread the curd on the bread. Top with fresh raspberries. Drizzle with honey.
