preperation

  1. Fry the ground turkey, grated carrots, chopped mushrooms, onions, and garlic in a pan.

  2. Boil water and add the lentils. Bring to a boil. Add salt and spices and simmer for ~10 minutes.

  3. Add the lentils to the ground meat and vegetables, and sauté for an additional minute or two.

  4. Add cheese, tomatoes, and greens. Done!
