Tom Kha Soup with Chicken Breast and Mushrooms

In response to repeated requests from readers, here’s a dish from Asian cuisine: Tom Kha soup. Healthy and very, very filling!

1 litri Vistas buljons (ūdens + 2 buljona kubiki)

800 grams Vistas fileja

400 mililitri Kokosriekstu piens

200 grams Sarkanās lēcas (vai pupiņas)

179 grams Šampinjoni (vai šhitaki sēnes)

150 grams Paprika

132 grams Burkāns

130 grams Tomāts

90 grams Sīpols

30 grams Zaļie lociņi

20 grams Dilles

12 grams Ķiploks

60 grams Dzeltenā karija pasta AROY-D

2 ēd.k. Citronu sula (vai laima)

1 tējkarote Čilli pārslas (ja patīk asāki ēdieni)

preperation

  1. Chop all the ingredients for the soup.

  2. Place the chicken breast, mushrooms, onion, garlic, carrot, and bell pepper in a pan and sauté until most of the liquid has evaporated.

  3. Meanwhile, bring 1.5 litres of water to a boil and dissolve the chicken broth cubes in it. Add the curry paste, Santa Maria chicken seasoning, chilli flakes, and lemon juice.

  4. Add the contents of the pan and coconut milk to the seasoned broth. Cook for 10 minutes.

  5. Add the lentils. Boil for about 7 minutes. Add the chopped herbs. Remove from the heat, cover, and let it “rest.”
