Oatmeal Porridge with Cottage Cheese and Apples

First, prepare the apple jam. Peel and cut the apples into small pieces. Place them in a pan with 100 ml of water, cinnamon, lemon juice and sweetener, if needed. Cook until the apples are soft. Mix 15 g of cornflour with 70 ml of water, stir, then add to the apples. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously.

Put the rolled oats in a saucepan, add water (the amount of water depends on how thick you want the porridge to be), a pinch of salt, and a sweetener, then cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Spoon the porridge onto a plate, and place the cottage cheese (200g) and apple jam (100g) next to it.
