Dried Fruit Candies (with protein)

Sausā zupa Knorr siera 22g

450 grams Žāvēti augļi (aprikozes, dateles, plūmes)

280 grams Melnā šokolāde

60 grams Whey proteīns

50 grams Muslis “Latvija” ar rupjmaizes kārtojuma garšu

preperation

  1. Blend the muesli into a fine mass.

  2. Blend the dried fruit in a blender.

  3. Add the protein and mix everything.

  4. Form balls by hand (I use rubber gloves, which I lightly coat with oil) and dip them in melted dark chocolate.

  5. Put them in the fridge and enjoy them with coffee in the morning!
