Pizza with Tuna and Marinated Mushrooms

100 grams Marinēti šampinjoni vai gurķi

35 grams Adžika (Pūres)

25 grams Zaļie lociņi

  1. Remove the pizza crust from the freezer and let it defrost for 15–20 minutes. Spread adjika on top.

  2. Prepare the remaining ingredients: chop the bell pepper and scallions. Drain the excess liquid from the tuna. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Grate the cheese separately.

  3. Spread the topping on the pizza crust and bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for about 20 minutes.

  4. Remove it, sprinkle with grated cheese, and return it to the oven for 8–10 minutes to melt the cheese.
