Tuna-spinach sandwich with tomato (in air fryer)

ingredients
Marinēti pipargurķīši Spilva asie 3-6cm 190g
2 Eggs
112 grami Canned tuna in its juices "Rio Mare"
100 grami Cream or fresh cheese up to 12% fat
100 grami Tomato
30 grami Spinach
5 grami Chia seeds
1 tējkarote Baking powder
Lettuce leaves
Salt, pepper

Place the eggs, tuna (drain off the excess liquid) and spinach in a bowl. Add salt and spices as needed and blend with a blender to a smooth paste. Add the baking powder and chia seeds.

Pour the mixture into the tins and place in an air fryer at ~175 °C for ~12 minutes.

Remove, cool, and cut in half. Spread with cream cheese, top with herbs and tomato, press with the other half and enjoy a very tasty meal.
