Thick soup with cheese and vegetables

Auzu pārslas Herkuless ar klijām 500g

1550 grami Water

1 Chilli pepper (20 g)

678 grami Muscat pumpkin

578 grami Rutabaga

503 grami Cauliflower

240 grami Tea cheese

180 grami Processed cheese "Dzintars Baltija"

61 grami Onion

45 grami Scallions

23 grami Garlic

18 grami Dill

preperation

  1. Cut, chop all the vegetables and herbs.

  2. Place the vegetables in a pot of boiling water, starting with the hardest: rutabaga, onion, garlic, chilli pepper and pumpkin (depending on how firm the pumpkin is).

  3. When the vegetables are semi-soft, add the cauliflower, which is divided into rosettes, salt, and seasoning of your choice.

  4. Grate the Tea cheese on a fine grater.

  5. When the vegetables are soft, blend them with a blender. Add the grated Tea cheese and the processed cheese. Bring everything to the boil, stirring. At the end, add the herbs.
