Salty Snack with Turkey Fillet and Cottage Cheese

A healthy and delicious snack. Tastes great with any of my healthy sauces.

1 Egg

70 grami Egg white

400 grami Turkey fillet

200 grami Cottage cheese 5%

Salt, dried garlic, smoked paprika, chilli (spices of your choice)

preperation

  1. Blend all ingredients, including the selected spices, into a smooth, homogeneous mixture.

  2. Put the mixture into a pastry bag and cut off the tip.

  3. Press long, thin 'sausages' onto a baking tray and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.

  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 150 °C until browned (~50-60 minutes).
