Salty Snack with Turkey Fillet and Cottage Cheese

A healthy and delicious snack. Tastes great with any of my healthy sauces.

ingredients

1 Ola

70 grams Olu baltums

400 grams Tītara fileja

200 grams Mājas siers 5%

Sāls, kaltēti ķiploki, kūpināta paprika, chilli (garšvielas pēc izvēles)

preperation

  1. Blend all ingredients, including the selected spices, into a smooth, homogeneous mixture.

  2. Put the mixture into a pastry bag and cut off the tip.

  3. Press long, thin 'sausages' onto a baking tray and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.

  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 150 °C until browned (~50-60 minutes).
