Whole grain dumplings with cherries

ingredients
Pilng. kviešu manna Bohlsener Muehle EKO 500g
2 Eggs
100 grami Cherries (I had frozen) (you can use a banana or any other berry)
150 grami Skimmed milk kefir
130 grami Whole wheat or oat flour
5 grami Cocoa
1 tējkarote Baking powder or 1 tsp. soda
Sweetener to taste
preperation

Beat eggs with kefir and sweetener.

Add flour with baking powder. Set the dough aside for ~ 10 minutes.

Put a spoonful of silicone molds, on top of the cherries, and on top again the dough.

Put in the oven at 175 degrees for ~ 25min.
