When you get tired, the usual "standard" lunch (meat, side dishes, salads) gets tired to death. All this can be combined in a delicious, hearty salad and easily taken to work.

60 grams Turku zirņi (sausais svars – ja jau gatavi/konservēti, tad 120g) vai arī pupiņas

100 grams Gurķis (var būt arī marinēts)

100 grams Paprika (vai marinētas sēnes)

Konservētu augļu kokteilis ICA 830/480g

60 grams Ļoti gatavs avokado

120 grams Kefīrs 2% (vai dabīgais jogurts)

20 grams Zaļumi (pētersīļi, dilles, baziliks)

Citronu sula, sāls, pipari (var pielikt arī ķiplokus)

  1. Turkish peas are soaked the night before. Or use ready-made (canned 120g).

  2. Cut vegetables and meat.

  3. Finished sauce - blends all the ingredients of the sauce.

  4. Mix the sauce with the salad.
