  1. Place the grated carrots, chopped onions, and garlic in a heated pan (lightly greased with oil). Sauté briefly, then add the minced meat, spices, and salt.

  2. Cook everything in a pan under a lid until almost done.

  3. Pievieno tomātus gabaliņos, sagrieztu svaigo kāpostu un adžiku. Visu samaisa, un sautē gatavu.
