ingredients

Adžika Pūre Klasiskā 450g

1 Ola

240 grams 3 sloksnes kārtainā rauga mīkla ar raugu "Well Done"

150 grams Vistas fileja (jau gatavā veidā: vārīta, tvaicēta vai cepta)

50 grams Liess siers (man 10%)

15 grams Zaļie lociņi

preperation

  1. First, prepare the chicken fillet (the way you like it best).

  2. Grate the cheese and chop the scallions. Mix the cheese and scallions with the shredded chicken fillet. Add the seasoning and the egg white (keep the yolk for brushing).

  3. Remove the sheets of puff pastry from the fridge and allow them to come to room temperature. Roll them out slightly, place the filling on one side, leaving a ~1 cm border. Fold over and seal the edges with a fork.

  4. Brush the pies with egg yolk, sprinkle with seeds (I used hemp seeds) and cut 2-3 cm-long slits into them with a knife.

  5. Place in an oven preheated to 180 °C and bake for ~25–30 minutes.
