250 grami Vājpiena biezpiens

240 grami Ābols

193 grami Bumbieris

10 grami Vaniļas cukurs

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

preperation

  1. Cut the lavash into ~2cm wide strips and then into ~1-2 mm wide strips.

  2. Whisk eggs in a bowl, add egg white, cottage cheese, sweetener, vanilla sugar and whisk until smooth.

  3. Cut the apples and pear into thin slices.

  4. Add the cut apple, pear and lavash to the egg-curd mixture and mix.

  5. Place the dough in the tin, smooth it out (slightly flatten it), place it in the oven at 175-180 °C and bake for ~35-40 minutes.
