High Fiber Bread (without flour, eggs and dairy products)

A healthy, tasty bread with a crispy crust, lots of fibre and low in calories.

Kafijas kaps. Starbucks House Blend 12x8,5g

300 grams Ūdens

150 grams Auzu, rudzu vai kviešu klijas (es izmantoju kviešu klijas)

25 grams Veselas linsēklas

25 grams Psilliums (ceļtekas pulveris)

10 grams Cepamais pulveris

Sāls, cukurs (var nelikt), jebkuras garšvielas pēc izvēles

preperation

  1. Cover the flaxseed and psyllium with 300 g of water and set aside to swell for ~15 minutes.

  2. Mix the bran with the baking powder and salt, and add to the psyllium-linseed mixture.

  3. Mix the dough and shape the loaf with wet hands.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 175-180 °C for ~35-40 minutes.

  5. Remove, cover with a towel and allow to cool for at least 1 hour.
