Lavash pie with cheese, curd and carrots

It doesn't take much time or complicated ingredients to make. One, two, and ready!

Melnās olīvas Selection ar kaul. 345g/200g

1 Lavash "Primaa food" (120 g) or 2 tortillas (2×60 g)

3 Eggs

200 grami Egg white

250 grami Kefir 2%

200 grami Skimmed milk curd

200 grami 10% cheese

100 grami Carrot

55 grami Leek

Salt, pepper, garlic

preperation

  1. Cut the lavash first into long strips and then into narrow strips ~2-3 mm wide.

  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the egg whites, cottage cheese, salt and spices. Blend everything into a smooth mixture.

  3. Add grated cheese, carrots, leeks and strips of chopped lavash to the egg and cottage cheese mixture.

  4. Mix, pour into a baking tin and bake in the oven at 175 °C for ~35 minutes.
