Tuna-pinach breads with guacamole

120 grams Tomāti

80 grams Sarkanais sīpols

Garšaugu sāls, citronu sula, citronpipari

  1. Place the eggs, tuna (drain excess liquid from the tuna) and spinach in a bowl. Add salt and spices as needed and beat everything until smooth. 

  2. Add the baking powder and chia seeds.

  3. Pour the mixture into the tins and place in the microwave (or airfryer) for ~5 minutes.

  4. Remove, cool and cut in half. Top with guacamole and enjoy!
