Lavash pie with apple

Lavash pie with apple is one of my most frequent treats because it's quick and easy to make and always turns out great!

ingredients

Rīsu galetes Kupiec ar rūgtu šokolādi 90g

1 Pilngraudu lavaš "Prima food" 120 g

3 Olas

250 grams Olu baltums

600 grams Āboli

500 grams Vājpiena biezpiens

60 grams Eritritols

16 grams Vaniļas cukurs

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

Saldinātājs (stēvija, vai cits intensīvais pilienveida saldinātājs)

preperation

  1. Cut the lavash into long strips and then into narrow ~3 cm wide slices.

  2. Add the egg white and erythritol to the eggs and whisk until the mass increases significantly in volume.

  3. Add the cottage cheese and sweetener to the eggs and whisk until smooth.

  4. Cut the apples into thin slices.

  5. Stir the apples into the egg-curd mixture.

  6. Add the sliced lavash.

  7. Mix everything, place it in the tin, and bake it at 170-175 °C for ~40 minutes.
