Lavash casserole with raspberries and apples

Medus Liepkalni ziedu 700g

1 Pilngraudu lavašs "Prima food" (120 g)

3 Olas

300 grams Olu baltums

500 grams Vājpiena biezpiens

500 grams Āboli

125 grams Avenes

60 grams Eritritols

16 grams Vaniļas cukurs

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

Saldinātājs (stēvija, vai cits intensīvais pilienveida saldinātājs, ja nepieciešams)

  1. Cut the lavash into long strips, then cut them into narrow strips about 3 cm wide.

  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the egg whites, erythritol, and another sweetener (if necessary) and whisk until the mixture increases significantly in volume.

  3. Pievieno biezpienu un visu kārtīgi sablendē.

  4. Cut the apples into small slices.

  5. Mix apples and raspberries into the egg-curd mixture.

  6. Add the sliced lavash.

  7. Mix everything, place it in a baking tin, and bake it at ~175 °C for ~40 minutes.
