Medus Liepkalni ziedu 700g

1 Wholegrain lavash "Prima food" (120 g)

3 Eggs

300 grami Egg white

500 grami Skimmed milk curd

500 grami Apples

125 grami Raspberries

60 grami Erythritol

16 grami Vanilla sugar

1 tējkarote Baking powder

Sweetener (stevia or other intense drop-type sweetener, if necessary)

preperation

  1. Cut the lavash into long strips, then cut them into narrow strips about 3 cm wide.

  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the egg whites, erythritol, and another sweetener (if necessary) and whisk until the mixture increases significantly in volume.

  3. Pievieno biezpienu un visu kārtīgi sablendē.

  4. Cut the apples into small slices.

  5. Mix apples and raspberries into the egg-curd mixture.

  6. Add the sliced lavash.

  7. Mix everything, place it in a baking tin, and bake it at ~175 °C for ~40 minutes.
