Curd and Cumin Cheese Breads

ingredients
Rīsu, griķu galetes Rimi 100g
2 Eggs
300 grami Skimmed milk curd
150 grami Cumin cheese "Līgo"
90 grami Flour (I use corn flour. The amount of flour depends on how wet the curd is)
10 grami Psyllium (not essential, but it makes the bread rise nicely)
1 tējkarote Baking powder
Herb salt, dried garlic, cumin seeds

Blend the low-fat cottage cheese with the eggs, add the grated cheese, flour, baking powder, herb salt, and herbs, and knead the dough.

With wet hands, divide the dough into 6 equal parts and shape into small loaves (I put them in 10 cm silicone tart moulds).

Bake in an oven preheated to 175-180 °C for ~20 minutes.
