Curd – Yoghurt Dessert with Strawberries

400 grami Berries (strawberries)
380 grami Natural yoghurt “Skyr”
350 grami Culinary curd "Baltais"
180 grami Skimmed milk curd
25 grami Gelatin
120 grami Water
Vanilla essence/sugar
Sweetener of your choice

300 grami Fresh strawberries
15 grami Corn starch
250 grami Water (depending on how thick/thin you want it)

First, pour cold water over the gelatin and leave it to swell.

Finely chop the strawberries.

Put both curds and yoghurt in a bowl. Add sweetener and blend into a smooth mixture.

Add strawberries and dissolved gelatin, stir, pour into a mould, and place in the fridge to set (the curd-yoghurt mixture should be at room temperature!).

Put the chopped strawberries and sweetener in a saucepan and cook. When done, I mashed them with a masher.

Add cornstarch dissolved in water.

Bring to the boil. Leave to cool. Nutritional value is given without strawberry sauce. Nutritional value of strawberry sauce per 100 g:Protein = 0,4 gCarbs = 6,2 gFats = 0,2 gCalories = 30
