Vegetable Soup with Smoked Pork Ribs

This time, I deviated from my principles and used smoked pork ribs. Well, that's okay once in a while. It tasted great.

Makaroni Melissa Minioni bērniem 500g

2 litri Ūdens (papildina pēc vajadzības)

300 grams Žāvētas cūku ribiņas (svars norādīts novārītām un atkaulotām ribiņām)

600 grams Ziedkāposts

350 grams Ķirbis

272 grams Brokolis

200 grams Tomāts

100 grams Paprika

180 grams Kausētais siers “Dzintars Baltija”

30 grams Zaļumi (pētersīļi, dilles)

20 grams Ķiploks

Sāls, pipari

Garšvielas pēc izvēles

  1. Cut the ribs into smaller pieces and place them in a pot to boil. Boil until the meat easily comes off the bones.

  2. Remove the meat from the broth, debone it and cut it into smaller pieces.

  3. While the ribs are cooking, prepare the vegetables. Add the pumpkin to the broth first (as it is the hardest), and when it is almost cooked, add the other vegetables and the cut meat.

  4. After 15 minutes, add the processed cheese.

  5. Bring to a boil, add greens.
