Lavash Roll with Mushrooms and Carrots (without eggs)

A simple, quick-to-prepare, super tasty and filling mushroom and carrot roll.

Melnā tēja Dilmah premium 25x2g

1 Lavašs (120 gr, Prima Food, kantainais)

400 grams Sēnes

300 grams Burkāns

220 grams Sīpols

85 grams Zaļie lociņi

200 grams Siers Valio Profeel 5% vai arī cits liess siers

1 Olas dzeltenums (var mierīgi iztikt: es to izmantoju “smukumam”- olu dzeltenumu pārsmērēšanai). Olu baltumu var pievienot masai.

preperation

  1. Chop the mushrooms and onion. Grate the carrots.

  2. Lightly grease the pan with oil (I have spray oil) and heat it.

  3. Place the mushrooms, onions and carrots in a pan and fry/sauté them. Cool.

  4. Grate the cheese, chop the onions.

  5. Add cheese and scallions, salt, and spices to the mushrooms. Spread the mixture on lavash and roll up.

  6. Brush with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  7. Bake in the oven at 175-180 °C for ~15-20 minutes.
