Apple Pie with Vanilla (with protein)

Another incredibly delicious apple pie. A great way to treat yourself and your loved ones.

Lazdu riekstu krēms Rimi Basic 400g

4 Olas

100 grams Olu baltums

500 grams Āboli (man “Antonovka”)

200 grams Lakto ar meža zemenēm

150 grams Vājpiena biezpiens

100 grams Whey proteīns (ar vaniļas garšu)

60 grams Eritritols

40 grams Kukurūzas ciete

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

Vaniļas cukurs, kanēļa cukurs ( pa virsu)

preperation

  1. Whisk the eggs with the egg whites and erythritol until the mixture increases significantly in volume.

  2. Add curd, sweetener and blend until the mixture becomes smooth.

  3. Add cornstarch, protein, vanilla, baking powder, and blend everything again.

  4. Peel the apples, cut them into thin slices (or cut them by hand), and mix them into the dough.

  5. Pour the batter into a baking tin and bake in the oven at ~165–170 °C for ~45–50 minutes.
