When you're craving something sweet but want to eat healthy, this sugar-free treat is just perfect.

Kafijas pupiņas I Love Eco Dark 450g

100 grams Dateles Medjoul

150 grams Piens 2%

50 grams Whey proteīns (man ar vaniļas garšu)

preperation

  1. Pour hot water over the dates and let them soak for about 20 minutes

  2. Fry the protein in a pan over low heat until it turns a caramel colour.

  3.  Place the fried protein in a saucepan, add the milk, and bring to a boil while stirring. Add the soaked dates. Blend everything until smooth.Spread it on breakfast rolls, crackers, and pancakes – and enjoy!
