Carrot and Date Cupcakes

2 Olas

120 grams Kviešu pilngraudu milti

100 grams Burkāns

100 grams Dateles

100 grams Kefīrs 1,5%

3 grams Cepamais pulveris

3 grams Soda

Pa 1/2 tējkarotei kanēlis, muskatrieksts, ingvers

preperation

  1. Pour hot water over the dates and let them soak.

  2. Peel the carrots and grate them on a fine grater.

  3. Mix the eggs with the carrots and dates, then blend them in a blender.

  4. Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and all the spices to the mixture. Stir and let it rest for about 10 minutes.

  5. Place the batter in the moulds and bake at 175 °C for about 35 minutes.
