Pizza with Salmon and Vegetables

I bought 500 g of fresh salmon, and it turned into a delicious salmon soup and a delicious and filling pizza.

86 grami Carrot

2 Eggs

100 grami Egg white

230 grami Skimmed milk curd

70 grami Flour (I had corn)

15 grami Garlic

70 grami Santa Maria Taco Sasha Sauce (or tomato paste, adjika, etc.)

200 grami Steamed salmon (pre-evaporated and cooled)

187 grami Bell pepper (paprika)

50 grami Leek

230 grami Tomato

20 grami Dill, green onion feather

150 grami 10% cheese

preperation

  1. Grate the zucchini. Sprinkle with salt and set aside to drain.

  2. Blend the curd with the eggs.

  3. Squeeze excess juice from the zucchini and add to the egg and cottage cheese mixture. Add finely grated carrots, spices, garlic and flour.

  4. Spread the mixture on a baking tray, forming a round base (~30-32 cm). Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 °C (do not bake until done).

  5. Meanwhile, chop the leek and bell pepper and sauté them in a pan.

  6. Grate the cheese, chop the herbs and add the salmon chunks. Add the cooled peppers and leek. Mix everything with the spices.

  7. Remove the base, spread with Taco salsa sauce, and place the mixed filling on top.

  8. Return to the oven for ~10-15 minutes at 180 °C until the cheese has melted.
