Tuna-pinach breads with guacamole

112 grami Canned tuna in its juices "Rio Mare"

30 grami Spinach

6 grami Chia seeds

1 tējkarote Baking powder

Salt, pepper

120 grami Ripe avocado

120 grami Tomatoes

80 grami Red onion

Herb salt, lemon juice, lemon pepper

preperation

  1. Place the eggs, tuna (drain excess liquid from the tuna) and spinach in a bowl. Add salt and spices as needed and beat everything until smooth. 

  2. Add the baking powder and chia seeds.

  3. Pour the mixture into the tins and place in the microwave (or airfryer) for ~5 minutes.

  4. Remove, cool and cut in half. Top with guacamole and enjoy!
