preperation

  1. First, pour cold water over the gelatin and leave it to swell.

  2. Finely chop the strawberries.

  3. Put both curds and yoghurt in a bowl. Add sweetener and blend into a smooth mixture.

  4. Add strawberries and dissolved gelatin, stir, pour into a mould, and place in the fridge to set (the curd-yoghurt mixture should be at room temperature!).

  5. Put the chopped strawberries and sweetener in a saucepan and cook. When done, I mashed them with a masher.

  6. Add cornstarch dissolved in water.

  7. Bring to the boil. Leave to cool.   Nutritional value is given without strawberry sauce. Nutritional value of strawberry sauce per 100 g:Protein = 0,4 gCarbs = 6,2 gFats = 0,2 gCalories = 30
