Healthy Bread with Bran and Flaxseed, Without Flour or Eggs

A very healthy, home-baked bread with a lot of fibre.

Ātri pagat. auzu putra Dobele aveņu 50g

150 grams Klijas (es izmantoju auzu, bet var izmantot gan kviešu, gan rudzu klijas)

25 grams Linsēklas

25 grams Psilliums (ceļtekas pulveris)

10 grams Cepamais pulveris

300 grams Ūdens

Sāls, cukurs (var nelikt), citas garšvielas pēc izvēles

preperation

  1. Pour 300 g of water over the flax seeds and psyllium and set aside to swell for ~15 minutes.

  2. Mix the bran with the baking powder and salt, and add to the flaxseed and psyllium mixture.

  3. Mix the dough and divide it into 4 equal parts. Or bake as one whole loaf.

  4. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for ~40 minutes.

  5. Remove, cover with a towel and allow to cool for at least 1 hour.
