Muffins with Zucchini, Apple, and Banana

When I go somewhere away from home, I always take snacks that I have prepared in advance - a thermos with tea or coffee and, this time, brownie-like muffins.

125 grams Cukini

100 grams Banāns

Ķiploki Smak marinēti 190g/120g

25 grams Melnā šokolāde

20 grams Piens 2%

preperation

  1. Grate the zucchini and apple.

  2. Add the egg, cocoa, oat flakes, and protein powder.

  3. Mix everything and set aside for ~15 minutes to allow the dough to rise slightly.

  4. Place the dough in one large baking tin, or divide it between five muffin tins. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for about 30 minutes.

  5. Melt the chocolate in milk (I do this in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring in between) and spread the glaze on the muffins!Enjoy your meal!
