Cutlets with pumpkin and chicken fillet

ingredients
Zupa Kronis rasoļņiks 530g
2 Eggs
560 grami Pumpkin (or carrot, turnip, celery)
400 grami Chicken fillet
60 grami Onion
30 grami Adjika "Pures"
15 grami Mustard
15 grami Kiploks
10 grami Dill
10 grami Parsley
Salt, pepper, spices of your choice

Grind all the ingredients, and add spices.

Form the cutlets with your hands – I used silicone moulds for some of the cutlets and baked them in the oven.

Bake in a preheated oven at 175-180 °C for ~35-40 minutes or in a pan at a low temperature.
