I already have several versions of healthy meat salads. This time, I'm offering another very tasty recipe.

340 grams Marinēti gurķi

300 grams Svaigi burkāni

200 grams Kūpināts tītara šķiņķis

140 grams Konservēti zaļie zirnīši

135 grams Sīpols

15 grams Ķiploks

30 grams Dilles, pētersīļi

Kurkuma

Graudu maize Schar bezglutēna 250g

400 grams Vājpiena biezpiens "Amfora Varške" (vai kulinārijas biezpiens “Baltais” vai biezs dabīgais jogurts)

25 grams Sinepes (man šoreiz Franču)

1 tējkarote Medus

preperation

  1. Boil the eggs and carrots. Separate the egg yolks from the eggs.

  2. Add skimmed milk curd (or yoghurt), mustard, a little honey, turmeric, herb salt, and garlic to the egg yolks. Blend everything into a smooth mixture.

  3. Chop or grate the egg whites. Cut all the other ingredients, combine and add the spices.

  4. Mix the salad with the prepared "mayonnaise" - ready.
